Need help with comment section!

I'm having trouble figuring out how to make my comment section appear right below the blog so that it makes a thread-like look.

I've seen this on other blogs and played around with the settings, but I just can't get it.

If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate them!

Not sure what to recommend. The last time I changed my settings to achieve the look you're talking about, people had trouble leaving comments. It might have been that Blogger was just messing up at that particular time because other people were having a similar problem w/o changing the setting. I might try changing it up again to see what happens. Tina at In the Garden is a good resource; TC of the Write Gardener recently made a lot of changes to his blog and would probably know what's best. Visit other sites that you like the look of and e-mail the authors for suggestions. Hope this helps a little.

Thank you so much! I will check out those other blogs out when I get a minute. I seem to have a lot of problems with the site deleting my photos if I hit "enter" also, so I have to go back and re-upload them. It's a pain! After 2 years you think I'd have this down by now.

I've been working more hours lately (planning some summer vacations), so I haven't been able to write much, but I have one in the works. Sometimes I just go through those "want to keep my mouth shut" phases.

Blogger definitely tries your patience sometimes. I've had comments left on other sites just disappear when hitting the publish button, and sometimes photos I upload get their order switched around. Some people swear that WordPress is a better way to go, but I'm a little hesitant to make that big of a change right now. Too many other unsettling things to deal with. As for keeping one's mouth shut, I definitely fall into that category. It's funny, but in person I'm actually kind of quiet and reserved. You'd never guess it from the "stinging" things I write sometimes. Good luck with everything. I look forward to your next post.

Isn't that so true, how "quiet" people can make the snidest remarks in writing?

That's because we are too busy thinking to be talking all the time.

Good luck!!! I'd offer some advice but having screwed my comment section up several times well....
I even started a second blog because of it, then went back to the first one a week later, & finally got it to work and now have two. Looking forward to your new post

TWO blogs? I can barely keep up with the one!

Troutbirder, can't you copy and paste the entries you wrote on the new one over to the original blog?
